Get longer life for your flowers by following these simple care instructions…
Upon receipt of cut flowers:
1. Unpack flowers upon arrival and check for damage due to transportation, although some small amount of bruising is to be expected from the pressure of the packaging materials. Remove lower leaves from stems.
2. Fill a clean, non-metallic vase with warm water and stir in floral preservative.
3. With a sharp knife or stem cutters (not scissors), cut at least 1" off the stems at an angle, then place them immediately in the water. (Repeat this process every 3-4 days to increase the life of the flowers)
4. Add water daily; keep flowers away from heat and direct sunlight.
Flowers are living things, sensitive to their environment and need precise care and maintenance.
